How Cancellation Works

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@db25.co.uk. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.

Free Trial

New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

Effective Date of Cancellation

Per our policy, cancellations are effective at period end and are not prorated.
