We provide digital subscription services. Once your paid subscription begins after the 7-day free trial, fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period.

Refunds

14‑day cancellation window from the first charge. Subsequent periods are non‑refundable, but you can cancel anytime and retain access until period end.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at hello@db25.co.uk. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Filing an unnecessary chargeback may delay resolution.
